Step 1
Contact our customer service department at service@everadvanced.com to obtain return authorization.
Step 2
Once our customer service rep verified that your return abides by our return policy, we will send you a return address for return.
Step 3
We will issue a refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the return.
Terms of the return policy
- Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via Everadvanced.com.
- For items not purchased from Everadvanced.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
- If the product has any manufacture defects within 1 year, we will replace it or provide corresponding after-sales warranty services upon request; please consult our customer service.
- Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by EVER ADVANCED or the item arrives damaged or defective, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
- We only offer Flat-Rate Return Shipping for the contiguous United States. Currently we do not offer it to these locations: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Marshall Islands ,extended and any international address.
Restocking Fees:
If any returned item we receive has obviously been used and/or does not abide by our return policy, we will charge a restocking fee that is a percentage of the product’s purchase price .
- 10% Restocking Fee: Product show use or packaging missing.
- 20% Restocking Fee: Any part of the product comes back dirty.
- 50% Restocking Fee: Product is missing parts and/or has damaged parts
